Dear Ajax Garden Club members and friends,
Our November meeting will be next Thursday November 17 at the Ajax Royal Canadian Legion at 111 Hunt Street in south Ajax. The doors will be open by 6:30, the meeting will start promptly at 7 pm. This will include our Annual General Meeting, dessert options with tea and coffee and sparkling water, a lucky draw, A BINGO GAME WITH SPECIAL PRIZES! and award presentations. (No flower show this month.)
Annual General Meeting — This part of the meeting includes election and swearing in of officers and other board members for next year.
Most of the current board members are planning to continue next year, however, we welcome new board member who bring new ideas and invigorate the board. If you think you might be interested, please contact the club president. ( ajax.garden.club.pres@gmail.com)
