The March meeting of the Ajax Garden Club will be this Wednesday, March 20th. Our speaker is Matthew Dressing on “Seasonal Lawn Care”.
Please note the following announcements regarding the meeting.
MEETING TIMING
Since we need to leave the Legion by 9pm, speakers will start their presentations at 7:30 and have 45 min for their presentation and questions. Any club business, judging feedback, and lucky draw will take place between 8:15 and 8:45. This will give us time to pack up and clear the room by 9pm. Please make sure that you arrive at the meeting with enough time to sign in, display your show items, get refreshments and purchase draw tickets before the 7:30 start time.
CHILI & SIDES NIGHT
Wednesday will be our annual Chili night. Those members who have volunteered to bring chili, and other goodies please make sure it is set up and ready to serve by 7pm so that we can start on time.
